  3. You, Mr. Sparks, are a very evil man. Your greed has made you into what you are and you have broken the law in so many ways!

    I’m going to head the list up with “animal cruelty”, then I’ll add that you hired a convicted criminal for animal abuse to round up this herd, and last but not least, you are not protecting the horses according to “The Wild Horse & Burro Act”, you are destroying them!

    These horses were fat and happy and you used the lame excuse that there “might” not be enough grass and feed for them to graze. Shame on you! You are a liar and thief! Stop stealing MY money for your gain!
